Phototransistor in Designspark

Hi everyone. :)

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to create components on Designspark?

I would do it myself, but after a good 3 hours, I can't figure out how to do it, or find any tutorials which explain what I need to do.

I'm needing a schematic symbol for a phototransistor. That's it. I don't need a pcb footprint, just a symbol. What's difficult for me is that there are no phototransistors to use as a symbol - which is what all the tutorials I find show.

So my requests are... (;))

Can anybody give me a link to a tutorial which tells me how to create my own schematic symbol?

Or, can anybody tell me how to create my own schematic symbol?

Or, can anybody just make one up and attach it?;)

I'd prefer one of the first two... teach a man to fish and all that... ;)

Many thanks,

Sparky :)

I've seen a lot of schematics the just use a regular NPN/PNP transistor symbol with the base left open. Look at the spec sheets of several Opto isolators.
