Take it to a repair shop Not meant to be nippy. Repairing mobil phones is not something a beginner should even try. They are quite complex. And really not meant to be repaired at all.

 

There's nowhere near enough information here to go on. What type of phone? How old? What happened to it? What's wrong with it?

Without this information, it's impossible to answer your question.
