If anyone is in need of philips model pm-3070 schematics or user manual,
I have these. I bought them new when I bought my oscilloscope back in
1993.
It is funny to see my bill of sale and what it is selling for now on ebay.
There is a thread in here wanting info about this 'scope, bbut it was 6
Years ago.
I would be willing to make a scan of your revelant Section needed,
but not the whole book (too long to scan...lol).

Hi,

My Philips PM3070 has sat for a few years on the shelf because I now use a USB scope.

Today when I tried to power it up, a low pitched whining sound came from the power supply section.

Could you be please kind enough to send me the schematic for the power supply section???
