phase locked loop circuit problem

    I have build a a PLL circuit.
    I only get a same signal no matter where I put the probe on.
    help me please.

    The photo is too blurry to see. Please post the schematic and the type of PLL you are using.

    I just don't understand why some of you expect us experts to be mind readers as well. Even if your photo was clearer, I doubt I would be able to read the IC part number and your resistor and other values and then I'd have to reverse engineer your circuit by drawing my own schematic of it. None of us are going to go thru all that work for you. You're the one asking for help and we'll gladly give it, but please be courteous to us and don't make us have to jump thru hoops to answer your questions. We need the basic information, which is a schematic, even if hand drawn, and a bill of materials if the part values are not on the schematic.

    Why do you want to buck tradition? I take it for granted we have to ask on a users first post.
