Hi,

I am looking for a phase lock loop IC with a lock frequency range of 50kHz to 200kHz or higher. I am dealing with a center frequenc of 100kHz.
Does anyone know where I can get one?

One more question: I am trying to synchronize my 100kHz carrier to my modulated signal, but my modulated signal changes phase over time. Can anyone tell me other than using a PLL(since I cannot find one) how I could synchronize the two waveforms before AM demodulation.

Take a look at the 74HC4046A.

There is an very detailed application note AN1410/D at www.onsemi.com that covers PLL design using this device.
