How much pesticide use do you hear about. Do you think the use is more

or less. With big farms are making plants that resist insects,do you have

opinion on this subject. Does your box stores have pesticides handy to

see and buy. The last Interview I had, they still had to use plenty to

protect calfs that are penned. I have a D.D.T. book that was written

in the fifties , I still hear farmers say bring back D.D.T. ,they only care

for the crops. Is there a modern farmer out there or do you know one.

Electronics is being used to control insects.

I bought a pump spray a while ago for 6 Euro.
I only applied a little on a plant with spidermites.
Leaves actually died even if I washed it off after a few minutes.
Vey toxic! Maybe they did not get the concentration level right in the mfg. "plant".

There is a school of gardeners that are using ground up bugs in water as an effective pesticide. No one is really sure why it works, but it is an effective pesticide where no commercial pesticides can be tolerated, ie; organic gardening. Perhaps the comatose bugs themselves contain enough residual compounds to kill the new ones.

If you walked into a building and saw nothing but ground up human bodies, how long would you stick around! :D

As of now there are many types of pest control chemical that really sold. But make some information about pesticide application and make sure that you can identify your target pest. People want to know what is the best stuff and make it out every bug that can destroy the hundred yard of their properties. However, they just do a much better job of putting the chemicals where the pests are hiding.
