Why do you need 5 different chips, as the 555 can perform all descibed tasks.

The LT699x IC models are included with the free LTSpice program in the Special Functions library.

The 555 timer requires timing caps. The LT699x family does not. That eliminates a huge variable, as caps vary widely in initial value, leakage rates, and value over temperature.

These new IC's are not intended to replace the venerable 555 timer. They are intended as low-voltage-capable building blocks.
