please i need information about how to trace problems in a faulty crt monitor pcb or on any kind of faulty pcb. means i want to know steps to find problem in a faulty PCB. in other words "how to trace out a pcb problem" "where to start to trace a PCB problem".
any usefull link will also be apritiated.

It is really helpful to have an accurate schematic to work from, plus knowledge of the expected inputs and outputs. CRT monitors are quite dangerous to work on, as many lethal voltages are present. That is a very challenging and dangerous way to begin troubleshooting skills. CRT equipment (TV's and monitors) are best learned by an apprenticeship with an experienced person.
