Milling and Etching, both are available in my lab. But which one cost less and work better?
I mean the PCB cost, not the equipment.

 

If the quantity of boards to be made are large then etching would be the cheapest way to go. Also if your board is multilayered then etching would be the cheapest. Only if the number of boards are few and the boards are single-sided or double-sided would I imagine that the pcb milling scheme would be the cheapest.
