The one from 4cb looks correct, however I am going to get mine manufactured from batchpcb because of cost.

They are from the same zip file uploaded and both passed their DRC checker.

 

The batchpcb image is too small to see hole placement - the holes in the pdf from 4pcb has no component and trace reference to compare with. How did you produce the Gerber files?

I produced the gerber files in allegro pcb editor using manufacture->artwork

I used BatchPcb and got fine results lately. It's a good idea by SparkFun people. I hope it keeps going.

Both mention drill files -- one is about scale or something, and the other is about the origin.

There is also something about format of the drill file -- whether something precedes or follows somethiing else -- worth spending some time reading.

Mine worked fine, and showed up fine in the preview. I made mine with KiCad.

 

Your topic questions the drill file - can you say what makes you think it is incorrect?
