I have hard time to find any source for that

I found this website https://ppec.co.uk/chemicals/industrial-chemicals/sodium-metasilicate-pentahydrate.html
i had to send them an email though but managed to orderd 1 kg and they got it to me within 2 days think shipping cost was around $18
but the Sodium Metasilicate itself was only $12.

Only just started making my own PCB's but its working the same as a premade solution i bought from ebay,
just had to add 100ml for every 10g.
