I don't know tiny cad or freepcb. Eagle and my brain don't get along; I find Eagle to be completely counterintuitive. ExpressPCB is easy and quick to learn, but it doesn't generate Gerber files. My current choice is DipTrace, which is fairly easy to learn and does generate industry standard Gerbers. There's a free version and some low cost options at diptrace.com.hai,
