I'm currently working on PCB/Circuit Wizard. My PCB was automatically generated from a schematic I made in the same software. The PCB components are linked based on the original schematic connections. When I reposition the components in my PCB layout and use the quality check function, I get numerous connectivity errors compared to the original schematic. Does this mean my connections have been changed? If they were changed, is there any way for them to be fixed without me having to go through the trouble of manually reconnecting them one by one?

 

I don't use that software, but several others do not define pinouts of transistors, depending on the designer to do it after the fact. This may or may not apply to your situation.
