Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum.
My name is matt and I have just finished the aac books. I was going to build a circuit to use the pc sound card as an oscillope.
I have a 10k pot and a 100k pot lying around (plus many op-amps). The circuit in the experiments book uses a 10k pot. but a 100k pot would obviously have a greater impedence which would be great for measurements of voltage.
Is the input impedance of a typical sound card too low to use a 100k pot?
and if it is, would a voltage follower circuit using as op-amp be benificial or an overkill?
Thankyou
