I need to control three DC solenoid valves (12V, 0.6A) operating in a pulse mode. I’m currently using PC relay board (http://pc-control.co.uk/osc/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=44) It enables me to drive valves with 100ms + pulses. Yet I need pulses in 10ms - 200ms range that follow with 2-10Hz frequency. I’m planning to use IC PWM SOLENOID DRIVERs 7-DDPAK - DRV102FKTWT http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/drv102.pdf (switching threshold, 1.7V) to drive the valves and a new PC board to control ICPWM drivers. I’m looking for a cheap PC card and software that can handle the drivers Any suggestions are appreciated.

I need to be able to change the time when valves are open between 10 and 200 ms with 10 ms step. The frequency at which valves are driven changes from 1Hz to 10Hz. According to the spec the response time of the valves that I use is lower than 5 ms in opening and 2 ms in closing.
