Is it okay to control 2 parallel loads using only 1 relay? --- instead of using DPDT or DPST relay.

 

What i mean is using 1 SPDT relay to control parallel loads -- instead of using DPDT relay to control seperate loads...

 

Yes...as long as the loads have the same sources and commons, and the relay contacts are rated to handle the total loaad current.
