The solution is to remember the code you used to lock it.
If that doesn't work, keep trying different codes until it unlocks.
If that doesn't work, either send it to a Panasonic repair station, or buy a new phone.

Look up "appliance repairers" in your yellow pages (business section of the phone book) and look for one that has the Panasonic logo in their ad or states that they are a "Authorised Panasonic service agent". Should be easy to find.

A Panasonic agent will be able to sort your problem, or will be able to contact the Panasonic technicians on your behalf.
