Op Amp - Voltages across resistors

I've spent the last day trying to figure this out, and I really haven't got a clue. I have no examples in my notes that have two voltage sources like this, and we didn't do any questions where we worked out voltages across resistors when using an op amp. I can't find anything online either. So I'd just like someone to explain how I would go about finding the volatages across the resistors in the diagram below if they could:

The material linked to by georacer is a good place to begin. I would suggest you pay particular attention to the basic characteristics of an "ideal" opamp. Once you have a grasp of these characteristics you should be able to solve the given problem but in addition you will be in a position to solve all opamp problems associated with "ideal" opamps.
