And also I could not found 8.2 k resistor i used 2 * 4.1 k resistors. And also i did not found any 6.8 uf capacitors i used 4.7 uf. Does it matter???

The capacitor above the 4017 is a 6.8 nF.
You are talking about a 6.8 μF.
This is a factor 1000 X difference.

Its possible the diodes are the wrong way round, have you got a dvm.

 

I would assume diodes first too, especially if the time difference between the first and last activating corresponds to the missing light ups. Why the cap on the reset point btw? Is it a supposed to be a decoupling cap? I assumed the reset pin and clock inhibit were was always held low together through a pull down resistor for sequential function.
