Yes old Valve radios used to mark like this using the waxed capacitors, it's the same value, replace them with ceramic or polyester.

At school, we were taught that it was a dot half-way up, but where's that key on a standard keyboard? ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅

I dislike the comma, especially on digital multimeters (Agilent/Keysight you can chose , or .) but confusing $100,234,342,55 UGH
OP, also note stripe denotes the capacitor's outside foil (not polarity).
