Hi all.
This treadmill has been breaking my heart lately. The first issue I had can be seen in the video below with the belt speed slowing every few seconds. I ordered a new control board as seen in the other picture, I fitted the new control board, and everything seemed fine. I ran about 3k on it and then bang it just went dead blowing the fuse in the plug itself. I tried a new fuse just in case something odd happened and the same thing happened except this time when I tried starting belt (Machine boots up fine). I hooked up the motor to a drill battery I have and it ran smoothly, the belt is well-lubricated and can move easily by hand (The machine is 18 months old). I reconnected the old control board and the belt now moved but I still have the issue in the video. Any help would be appreciated. Does that fault look like it could be in the motor as it seems to have affected two control boards? Anything i can try.

Just some more information on this. The control board is MC2100ELS-50W-2Y, I also had a damaged reed switch which i replaced as well

 

When it slows down, does the LED flash any different?

 

You can see it flashing in video, to my eye it looks no different when slowing down.

 

Can't open that Zip file format.

 

Strange, this one work. Watching the video, it does seem to flash differently.
