If you are a beginner then that is NOT the place to begin. Start be turning on a single LED . Ten move on to something like Hitachi HD44780.

    Thank you for your reply.
I mean that I am a beginner in "All About Circuits".I did projects in interfacing PIC with 16*2 LCD.I started programming with NOKIA 7110.But cannot simulate in PROTEUS. That's why I am asking a help.

If you did not get some driver code where you bought the LCD, building such a driver yourself is not easy.

Some clever people for instance used oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to trace the waveforms on the LCD pins. Still this is a lot of work, and it is not easy. I would not want to do it.

Maybe you can get such a Nokia LCD on eBay, including driver code.
If not, get another LCD which includes a driver code.

Have you searched the internet for that model number?

The 7110 is quite a simple display and as easy/easier than most 16*2 display code.

Please show your code and a schematic or photo of your setup.
