I am using a 2 stages preamplifier circuits max4063ic at headphone within 1min noise is added how can i eliminate noise

this is the design for 2 stages preamplifier circuits audio quality is good but noise is also presenting at headphones.

 

I don't know what you are using as reference material but here is the data sheet. Your diagram does not agree with the pinouts shown. Pins 2 and 7 are not output pins.

Yeah actually I kept that reference numbers I referred that datasheet and evaluation kit datasheet of max4063

 

If it's wired as in you diagram, why would it work? If not, how is it really wired? Is this a guessing game?

 

At output the audio signal is good but when I am not giving any audio signal then it's starting a grgrgrgrgrgr signal and tip tip sound .

When I am removing gain then there is no noise
