When Its to hot in the kitchen, when the chips are down.Is It not
important that we look at real world of robots and the human
Intelligence. They can,t compete with mother nature. Mother
nature has wiped out all the progress that Watson has made.
What will the new career paths of the future be now, Rebuilding.
Its the High ground that cable T.V. don't show us during a disaster.
Super bowl was played in New Orleans after hurricane on the high
ground. Two hundred miles from Japan earthquake we are not seeing
the high ground. We only see the bad stuff, maybe Watson is behind
this smarter than I give (him)(It) credit. Are we not capable of seeing
the whole picture. How far back are cancer cells been Id'ed,we seem to
know so much about our past.Which was the first mummy to have cancer.
What about some one posting a u-tube of the trains running on the high
ground.

Actually robots are perfect for nuclear plants. When Chernobyl they pulled a retired roboticist from retirement (don't remember his name, but he made several lunar rovers for the USSR) to do a special for their reactor, in less than a week! Saved a lot of lives I'm sure, since a human would have had to do the work.

Russian's learned a lot there. They keep loosing robots due to the extreme radiation taking out components, and there was no repairing those bots after they died, as they were pretty radioactive by that time.

It is a mistake to think of robots as other. Robots are tools build by humans, nothing more.

You can replace and rebuild, but mother nature hs shown that
she can do a trifecta. Using earthquake, flood waters, and
nuclear reaction. The very best was in place, that the point
I am trying to make, human volunteers are making the difference.
I forgot about the drones, they will get short blurps before they
are destoried.Mother nature still has not used the heat factor
that would be the worst and heavy metal deposits.
