The first part is not a question - it appears to be a 741 op amp driving an optoisolator for an unstated purpose.

The second is a listing of register contents. As the ADC conversion is places in the A register, we must imagine that the value in A does represent the value of the conversion. It is a hexidecimal number, by the way.
