I send my circuit below.(sorry but how could i attach my file...i tried but there is nothing).
I use :
+ Sawtooth in "+" input
+ Sine wave in "-" input ..
and op amp MC3303D.

 

PWM is pulse width, the important part is the width of the pulse. The wave is usually a square one.
