In the year 2020 and forward, I would like to transit to embedded firmware focus role.

1. What is the most important thing you want to see if you were looking at someone's CV.

Changing your focus seems more of a company than a personal decision.

Losing HW base configurations control means dealing with every promo wonder of the month freebee board with poor documentation and worse software support to write firmware. If that's the kind of more interesting you want, I think you will get it.
