All About Circuits

Need simple switching circuit. Thanks

Hi

I need a simple switching circuit diagram hopefully you guys can understand what I need from this.

When switch A is pressed (which turns on a LED 1)
1 second later switch B is triggered (which flashes LED 2)

Hopefully someone can help I am good at soldering but not good at understanding circuits.

Thanks for any help you can give me :)
