Need schematic and help for pioneer sd-p403

I am in need of a schematic for a pioneer sd-p403 projection TV. The relay trips less than a second after I turn it on. When I remove the plug for the two .47 ohm resistors, it turns on, and the relay doesn't trip, but still no picture. High voltage? Or a bad capacitor? Help! Thanks, Jack
