Need opinions repairing LCD monitor... - auto config problem

hi there.

i have here one LCD monitor which is not on famous manifacturer. If needed i will find its cases and tell you mark and model.

The monitor has this problem - the LED for power does light and monitor says "auto config" and after second or two it goes off then again LED does light and monitor says "auto config" and is this cycle

the problem is not from my notebook i put signal from!

Have replaced all EC on motherboard but still the same. There are 2 ICs on motherboard :
fm24c16
pm25lv512

Do you think replacement of one of these ICs or both will change the the situation?
