Need ISP adapter for AVR

I am working with AVR microcontrollers. Nw I am using serial port ISP adapter. But my new PC dont have the serial port. So now I need another kind of rogram loader. I cant buy any official programmer. I need to make one. Can any one help me out? it'll be appreciated:confused:

When I was faced with the same dilemna, I was able to successfully use a USB to serial port adaptor to continue using the RS-232 programming tools to which I had grown accustomed.
