Hi, i need a help in pspice. im using Orcad 9.2. i used a mosfet switch in my circuit but i get an error message while simulating it as "
ERROR -- Subcircuit M2N7000/ZTX used by X_M2 is undefined " .. plz help asap.Thank you.

Yes, this was added to its library. can u please suggest what to do in this case? i have tried to copy and paste its .model file in netlist but it didnt work. plz help.

 

One of the first things you might try is replacing the guts of the model with your own subcircuit call that simply invokes a basic MOSFET. The idea is to see if the problem is inside the model, or something with how the model is being called.

 

i tried using Mbreakn. it gives no simulation error but shows no graph
