I have an invention that uses radio waves and frequencies in a special paging system. I am unknowledgable when it comes to these things.

I am looking for a partner as I already have contacts to manufacture this, I need to design a model, get a patent and then start to import the product.

Before any disclosure you must sign a confidentiality agreement.

Good luck in your search. You don't actually have to have a working model to obtain a patent, just the idea along with details in the documentation. Patents however are a very poor way for a individual to make a living, it's skewed to the high roller companies and their hired lawyers.
