i need som help cuz ime lost on this
i got this fun hard drive motor 3 fase whit ground point and ordered an 4-bit Bidirectional Universal Shift Register,
now what i ordered wasnt exactly what i got so instead of waiting 1 month for parts i whould like to use these somehow,
now ive been playing whit this for a bit whit my arduino as a PWN module (my last pot got burned so i coudnt use an 555) but i was unable to do any shifting whit only 1 led as to show any progress,
tryed high low combinations on difrent inputs but it dos nothing,

if someone knows this chip or knows how to work whit it i whould be thankfull
