I would like to build a transformer for an Invertor of 1000W.

Primary Input 24V
Sec output 240V
Frequncy 50Hz
Watts 1000W

Can anyone tell me the Primary & Secondary winding details along with the size of the bobin and size of the coper wire?

Can you get the necessary "E" "I" laminates for the transformer core

 

In your case:
\(\frac{V_s}{V_p} = \frac{240V}{24V} = 10 = \frac{N_s}{N_p} = \frac{I_p}{I_s}\)
You should be able to get all the other informations with very little research.
