need help to understand H-bridge using mosfet and BJT

Please refer to the photo of the attach H-bridge circuit below.

Currently, we are using the H-bridge as a drive circuit for the series RLC resonance circuit (not the motor!). Because of this, we probably won't need LTV-827 there to electrically isolate the H-bridge.
Because we need it to run around 80 ish kHz, and the TA said we need to add BJT there because we have high voltage ( 140 V rms )across the capacitor of RLC circuit.
Just wondering do you guys understand why should add BJT and what effect will it bring to the circuit?

Could you please clarify how the 140 V rms relates to the schematic posted.
