Hi there,

I hope there are some smart fellows out there to help me. I have a small electronic board and need help to identify some parts.....

1) A zener diode that has "16 4" written on it.It is really small around 3mm long.

2) A blue ceramic pot that has "3107" written on it and a "M" ( probably companies name at the top.

Thanks!

The pot is a 10K pot.

I am thinking that the diode is not a zener but rather an ordinary diode with the part number 1N914.

I think you are just reading the number upside down. The 16 is actually 91 and 4 is written on a second line. The 1N is omitted since there is not enough room on the surface of the device.

It is always a challenge to write the part number on such small components.
