Need help on clarify on IC..

I wish to clarify on 75LBC184...Is this IC used on RS485 interface? As im trying to identify a TERN board which IC is being used on RS485 interface..When i try to check which IC its using by multimeter, only 75LBC184 respond..But i search for the datasheet, it didnt show anything on data transmission..So i wish to know am i correct before replacing the IC from the board..
