Hey all,

I'm trying to implement a gate drive IC to drive some MOSFETs in a DC DC converter, but I cannot get this thing to work.

I have attached the data sheet here and have hooked up everything as shown except for the mysterious current sensing symbol they have in the diagram which I cannot find anywhere to know what it means. I have also just used random values for the resistors since no help is really given on that front either.

If anyone could just help me get this circuit up and running and tell me what I need to do, I would be very grateful!

 

1. What diagram/symbol are you referring to?

2. Did you look at the application notes it says you should on page 1 in the typical connections image?
