# Need help getting thevenin equivalent in frequency domain

So this is the diagram:

we're given Is= 2cos10^4t A so obviously the only thing we get out of that is that w=10^4 and Is= 2 A with a 0 degree phasor (making it essentially (2+0j) A).

I also know using the impedance formulas that the impedance of the inductor is -10j and the impedance of the capacitor is +10j, so I was able to find Vth as I listed below:

I was able to take a nodal analysis at the node above the 20 ohm resistor and above teh capacitor to find Vth=Va = -10 V, however I don't know how to find either the Zth or Isc with that damn controlled source in the middle.. Can someone please help me on how I can find the last piece of information to draw my equivalent thevenin model please?

I got Vth=-10V and Zth=-4-2j

can anyone verify this?
