Hey guys I need help with a up-down decade NGT counter with what I have in the picture and I can't change the IC chip to a 74LS192 as by defualt we have to use a 74LS193 IC.

Thanks in advance.:)

well the problem is I actually have to make the 74LS193 IC count from 0-9 and back to 0 with an NGT clock signal. The picture in there is what I have and the main problem is how to switch the clock signal from the up input into the down input when the counter reaches 9.

You need to add external logic to sense when the count has reached 9 that will switch the clock from CPu to CPd. More logic can change the clock back to the CPu input.

NGT is an unfamiliar acronym. If the clock input toggled on the negative edge, I might think it had to do with that, but a 'LS193 takes a positive edge to toggle.
