If I had the extra time, plus I would have needed to charge my client a bit extra as well. He needed the blaster in time for Halloween.
He is sending me the main blaster rifle for the Republic Commando, made by the same person which will be really neat. In the game, it's a base gun, but has different "attachments" that interchange (One attachment make it a 'grenade launcher,' another makes it into a sniper function, etc.) He did send it off to someone with more electronics experience for a pre-install. I'm not entirely sure what kind of electrical components/functions it will have though.
Once I get it in hand, I'll have to first figure out discrete locations for two switches to mount before I can paint it up. I'm curious to see what he had done though.
