Naw, not hard - just some window comparators driving some MOSFETs to turn on the solenoids.

Updated the schematic; included more details.

U2 can be a dual opamp instead of a quad; it still needs to be able to go to ground. An LM1458 is a likely candidate. You could use three LM1458's instead of one 1458 and one 324.

Each IC will need a 0.1uF bypass cap across it's power/ground pins. There should be a larger cap somewhere in the vicinity, too - say, 100uF.
