As I said in post #11 use propper medical grade electrodes. What is your circuit now by the way

 

I tried today with medical grade. Not working

 

Here's my circuit. Note that I didn't follow the exact same schematic on OP. As I said earlier, I used INA141 instead of AD624. CMRR = 117DB at G = 100. To get a gain of 1000, I wired the output from INA141 #1 to INA141#2 (ground wire to V+, output from #1 to V- with a small capacitor)...

Notice: I didn't put a low pass filter, yet.
