Can anyone design a wheelchair controller for me?

I WILL PAY.

It's a very basic setup

This is with a atmega 168, 2 pot joystick and 2 osmcs.

I want them integrated on 1 board and I want some addition functions, like
current limiting, phased antilock etc.

Anyone up for the challenge?

It might help a designer to understand why you want to start from scratch and not use an off-the-shelf controller. What's wrong with the commercial products that you want to change?
