I have the 5Spice program, Analysis version 1.60.0 with WinSpice version 5.00.1. I built a circuit schematic with 4 parallel capacitors, 2 voltage controlled switches, 1 voltage signal source. It seems you can specify when a switch closes. Is it possible to specify when a voltage controlled switch opens during the simulation with 5Spice?

I have a 50V DC "voltage signal source". I want the capacitors to charge up, the switches to open up when they sense 40V so I can check voltage at 2 differential voltage test points after the switches are opened.

Is this possible? I have a very fundamental understanding of DC Electricity. I've attached my schematic file(file type is "SQL Server Replication Snapshot Schema Script".

 

Practically no one will be able to read your attachment due to the odd file type.

The best type is a .png format image file. Those files are compact, not "lossy" like .jpg are, and you don't need any extra software to view them.
