Need phyiscal lay out for murata mqe001 899 vco

 

Not sure that multiple posts are allowed.

However, the physical layout of that device seems to be some sort of secret. Do you have one?

It seems to have only a few pins. Do you need to know which pin is which?

Or do you need the measurements to define a pattern for a PCB?
