My wife plugged wrong power cord to parent unit and burned it. I've managed to disassembly it, and find out burned capacitor and some kind of diode (picture below). Does anybody know what kind of diode it is, or will help me determine its parameters. There's tree more looking the same inside. On the internet I've found that it may be some kind of Schottky diode.
