hey everyone, i need help to build a circuit that activate a motor to run forward until it hit a sensor than after a couple second will reverse back. you can say it's like a lifting ordeal. and is control by PLC

What size/power/voltage/current are the motors that need to be driven?

What is the response time between sensor hit and reverse? How far should it reverse, and what would it do after reversing?

Your PLC (do you have a link?) will need two inputs and two outputs. The inputs will detect the (2?) limits. The outputs will determine forward/reverse/brake/coast for the motor through a solid state or relay H-bridge. The PLC should do the timing.

The devil is in the details.
