I want to build an H bridge to control a servo motor as an DC motor and want to use MOSFETS.

But i m not sure what are the MOSFET no's to be used. My motor is a 12v motor.

PLease also tell if the no. u r stating is for PMOS or for NMOS.

How much current does your motor require?

 

Instead of building one out of separate transistors, have you thought of using a fully integrated device like the LMD18200? It's got controlling logic and current sensing built in as well.
